How Our Cohorts Work

At Growing in Grace, we're committed to journeying alongside congregations in co-learning relationships that transform how we worship, welcome, and form disciples. Our cohort program brings together churches of all sizes for a two-year experience exploring anti-ableism, intergenerational ministry, and creative worship practices. Currently, 18 churches are participating in our two inaugural cohorts, engaging in monthly spiritual formation, open office hours, and collaborative learning as they experiment with new practices in their own contexts. We learn from their experiences and insights to better shape the resources and training we develop for churches across the connection.

Community, Support, and Transformation

This is more than a program—it's a community. Cohort participants support one another through challenges, celebrate successes, and discover that they're not alone in doing this important work. They're building relationships, asking honest questions, and sharing what's working in their unique contexts. Together, we're learning what it means to form all children as anti-ableist disciples and create churches where everyone truly belongs.
